Note: Our office requires 48-hour cancellation or postponement notice for all new clients (24 hours for already established clients). Otherwise 100 percent of the missed appointment will be charged. As a reminder, we call clients one or two days before their appointment to confirm the date and time. However, appointments are considered confirmed when the appointment is scheduled.
